Welcome to the Gisborne District Council (GDC) ETXT notification system. This system provides a SMS notification service to notify users of weather conditions in the Gisborne district.

To register to receive SMS notifications from GDC please fill in your contact details, select your preferred contact methods, and choose the alarm locations for which you wish to receive notifications. Note that notifications may arrive any time of day or night.
